An Apology From Central Workshop
In the May-Aug issue of the Central Workshop catalogue, we included an advertisement for a coffee brewing workshop in which we included the coffee brand names illy and Vittoria. Our use of these internationally recognized brand names was undertaken– albeit erroneously– without the permission or knowledge of the illy and Vittoria companies.

We deeply regret and accept full responsibility for this oversight, and have taken steps to assure that it will not be repeated. Finally, we offer our most sincere apologies to the illy and Vittoria companies for any confusion our actions may have caused.
