PREMIERE LOUNGECentral is pleased to present Premiere Lounge, a complimentary service for our Central Card foundation members. Premiere Lounge is an exclusive facility for members to rest while shopping at the store. 1-2 guests are allowed per Cardholder according to respective branches' regulations (depending on the sizes of the rooms). Premiere Lounge service is offered at the following 10 branches: Chidlom, Lardprao, Pinklao, Bangna, Rama III, Silom Complex, Rangsit, Ramindra, Rama II, Phuket, Chaengwattana and Pattaya Beach.
FULL TAX INVOICE SERVICECustomers who want to obtain full tax invoices from purchases made at Central Department Store can do so by contacting the Customer Service Counter at all branches. For faster service on your future transactions, please give your telephone number/s to our Customer Service Representatives to be put in the system (at each branch). Full Tax Invoice Service is available for purchases made in our department store (except rental shops/B2S/Supersports/Power Buy/TOPS). Customers can obtain full tax invoices at the Customer Service Counter at every Central Department Store.
Terms and Conditions:
A full tax invoice can only be issued for purchases made at the department store on one day at one branch, except rental shops (customers can obtain full tax invoices for such purchases at rental shops).
MERCHANDISE TRANSFER SERVICEFree Merchandise Transfer Service is offered at every Central Store. If you cannot find the size of clothes you want or any merchandise is out of stock at the branch location you visit, Central is able to check the availability of the merchandise at other branch locations. Upon request, merchandise will be transferred for the customer within 3 days.
VAT REFUND FOR TOURISTA 7% VAT Refund can be claimed by tourists. Tourists will be able to present collected receipts and passport to obtain their VAT Refund Invoice at the Customer Service Counter at the respective branch of purchase.
Terms and Conditions:
VAT Refund Invoice can only be obtained when the total merchandise is valued at over 2,000 Baht and purchased within one day at a single branch location (the total purchase must be valued at over 5,000 Baht). To refund, please contact Customer Services Dept., every Central Store.

LOST AND FOUND SERVICECustomers can report lost or stolen items at the Customer Service Counter at every Central Store and Zen. Our Lost and Found Service will work with related units to find and return belongings to their owners.
