Q : What should I do if I would like to change an order I have made?
A : Central Online Shopping has a policy of sending merchandise to our clients as fast as possible. If customers would like to change or cancel order(s), (including changing postal address, delivery channel, and adding or cancelling order list) please contact Central Online Shopping within 1 hour of placing an order by calling 0 2650 3753, on Monday-Saturday between 10.00 a.m.-19.00 p.m.

Q : How can I return merchandise from Central Online Shopping?
A : Customers can return intact purchased merchandise two ways:
  1. Return the purchased merchandise by sending it to the postal address below:
    Customer Service Department 7th floor Central Chidlom
    1027 Central Department Store 7th floor
    Plernchid Road Lumpini Sub district
    Patumwan District Bangkok 10330

    When returning purchased merchandise via post, customers are responsible for the Thailand Post or TNT delivery charges. Every product featured on the website can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery (cosmetics, earrings & watches, pen refills, fabrics, night gowns, innerwear, swimwear, and discounted items are not refundable).   2. Return the purchased merchandise yourself to the Customer Service Department on the 7th floor, Central Chidlom (Return Policy).
   
Q : Can I purchase merchandise online and have it sent to a different address within Thailand?
A : Yes, you can purchase items online and send them to an alternate address within Thailand. Click the "Change Address" box on the "Fill Out Postal Address" page and you will be able to change the address of where your merchandise will be shipped.
   
Q : How do I ship to an international address?
A : If you'd like ship merchandise to an international address, please contact contactcenter@central.co.th for more information.
   
Q : Are Central Department Store's in-store prices the same as Central Online Shopping's prices?
A : Yes, Central Department Store's in-store prices are generally the same as Central Online Shopping's prices. On occasion there are exclusive online and in-store promotions. When you register as member you will receive updates about all upcoming online and in-store sales. If you have any additional questions, please e-mail us at contactcenter@central.co.th
   
Q : When shopping online with the Central Credit Card, is it possible for members to receive a discount?
A : For security reasons, discounts for customers paying with the Central Credit Card are not available for the time being.
   
Q : How can I check the product size?
A : Many brands have a sizing chart on the product page located beside the "Wish List" icon. The sizing chart will provide you with a detailed sizing guide for each item. If an online sizing chart is unavailable, contact us at contactcenter@central.co.th and we will assist you with sizing recommendations.
   
Q : How do I link my 1 Card number to my online account?
A : You can enter your 1 Card number when signing up for your online account. If you already have an account, you link your 1 Card by updating your account profile.
   
Q : Can I use my Gift Card or Gift Voucher online?
A : Currently, Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers cannot be used online at this time. However, Gift Cards can be purchased and activated online.

Q : How do I contact Central Customer Service?
A : To contact Central Customer Service to make a comment or complaint, you can call the Customer Service Centre at Tel. 0 2793 7000 or fill out the "Enquiry Form" located on the "Contact Us"
   
Q : How can I check a product's availability?
A : To check the availability of a product at a Central Department Store, directly call the Central Department Store nearest you. You can find the contact information for all Central Department Store branches here

If a Central Department Store branch is unable to assist you, please fill in the "Enquiry Form" located on the "Contact Us"
   
Q : How do I apply for a Central Credit Card?
A : To enjoy the many benefits of being a Central Credit Card cardholder, apply for the Central Credit Card online at www.centralcard.com
   
Q : How can I apply for The 1 Card? What benefits do I receive?
A : You can apply for The 1 Card at any branch of Central Department Stores, ZEN Department Stores, Robinson Department Stores (except Nakorn-Srithammarath branches), PowerBuy, SuperSport, B2S, homeWorks, and OfficeMate. Registering in-store is subject to a 50 Baht fee; however, you will receive your card immediately.

You can also apply for The 1 Card online by clicking here. While applying online is free, you must pick up The 1 Card from a participating branch within 45 days.

The 1 Card members receive rewards points for purchases at any Central Department Stores, ZEN Department Stores, Robinson Department Stores, PowerBuy, SuperSport, B2S, homeWorks, and OfficeMate. Points can be converted into cash vouchers and by used to purchase merchandise from any of the above stores.
   
Q : How do I use Central Gift Cards or Gift Vouchers?
A : You can use Central Gift Cards or Gift Vouchers to pay for merchandise at any Central Department Store and ZEN branches of: Marks & Spencer, Central Food Hall, Tops, Power Buy, Supersports, HomeWorks, and B2S (Conditions Apply). Q : I would like to become a Central supplier, how can I contact the Merchandising Department?
A : Suppliers can contact the Merchandising Department via telephone at Tel. 0 2655 1444 ext. 4371-2. When calling, please specify the product type. Alternatively, send an email along with a brief company profile via the "Enquiry Form" located on the "Contact Us"
