ONE-POINT PAYMENT SERVICE
No longer will you have to worry about paying for items at every cash register for particular section/department, or about holding on to a growing number of shopping bags in our Department Store. BREASTFEEDING ROOM
Central sponsors "the Breastfeeding Campaign" by frequently publicizing documents and posters relating to the issue and providing breastfeeding rooms equipped with a counter for changing diapers, a sink for cleaning, and other conveniences, as well as a sofa. At Central Chidlom, the Breastfeeding Room is on the 6th fl.

VALET PARKING
Central offers Valet Parking service by our well-trained and reliable staff. Service is available daily at Central Chidlom & Lardprao and on Saturday, Sunday and special holidays at Bangna & Pinklao.

PREMIERE LOUNGE
Central is pleased to present Premiere Lounge, a complimentary service for our Central Card foundation members. Premiere Lounge is an exclusive facility for members to rest while shopping at the store. One guest is allowed per cardholder. At Central Chidlom, the Premiere Lounge is on the 7th fl.

Got spare time? Get yourself a hobby…at Central

Let Central Workshop add some adventure and creativity to your experience. Adults, kids and beginners are welcome! All the existing classes are led in Thai, but some instructors speak English depending on class. At Central Chidlom, the Workshop room is on the 6th fl. BABY CHANGING ROOM
Central provides the space for changing baby's diapers. At Central Chidlom, the Baby Changing Room is on the 6th fl.

CHAUFFEUR'S LOUNGE
Central Department Store offers Chauffeur's Lounge, complete with air-conditioning, drinking water, newspapers, a television set, as well as a telephone number so you can contact your chauffeur when necessary. At Central Chidlom, the Chauffeur's Lounge is on the Basement.

RESERVED PARKING AREA (Central Credit Card Platinum & VIP)
Central reserves special parking space at Central Chidlom for Central Credit Card Platinum and Central VIP Card holders. Reserved parking areas are available at Central Chidlom (Morakot parking lot and Busarakam parking lot), Lardprao, Bangna, Pinklao, Rama II, Silom Complex, Ramindra, Rama III, Rangsit, Chaengwattana, Hadyai and Phuket.

HANDICAPPED PARKING
The handicapped-friendly parking space is available exclusively for those who need, where is easy to pull over and access to our store. The handicapped parking is available at Central Chidlom

VAT REFUND
Tourists can claim a 7% VAT Refund by presenting collected receipts and passport to obtain their VAT Refund Invoice when the total merchandise purchased within one day at a single branch location is valued at over 2,000 Baht (the total purchase must be valued at over 5,000 Baht). To refund at Central Chidlom, please contact Customer Service Counter 7th fl. or Gift Registry Counter 5th fl.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY OF CENTRAL DEPARTMENT STORE
Central accepts exchanges and returns with the following conditions:
1. Keep all your receipt(s), sales slip(s), full tax refund paper(s) and/ or Exchange or Return/ Refund Card.
2. Merchandise returned or exchanged must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
3. Merchandise returned or exchanged must be in the same condition at time of purchase.
4. Merchandise returned or exchanged must be done at the branch of purchase only.
5. Merchandise that cannot be returned or exchanged includes swimwear, lingerie, accessories, fashion jewelry, cosmetics & fragrances,
    books & magazines, fabrics and sales items.
6. Method of payment for returned merchandise shall be the same as on date of purchase. However, there might be some changes during
    the promotional campaigns of the store.

HOME & HOTEL DELIVERY
You Shop, We Drop. With Central Home Delivery, you can shop for whatever you need and leave the lifting to us your purchase delivered FREE from the store to your door! for minimum 10,000 Baht purchase total within one day at a single branch. To request Central Home Delivery at Central Chidlom, please contact any Cashier Counter or Customer Service Counter 7th fl.

MERCHANDISE TRANSFER SERVICE
Free Merchandise Transfer Service is offered at every Central Store. If you cannot find the size of clothes you want or any merchandise is out of stock at the branch location you visit, Central is able to check the availability of the merchandise at other branch locations. Upon request, merchandise will be transferred for the customer within 3 days. Please contact any Cashier Counter.

BABY STROLLER
Baby Strollers are available in all branches at Customer Service Counter. At Central Chidlom, please contact Customer Service on the 7th fl. Remarks: Please bring your current ID card

WHEELCHAIR
Wheel Chairs are available in all branches. Please contact Customer Service Counter. At Central Chidlom, wheelchairs are available at the east wing door, Soi Chidlom and the west wing door, Soi Somkid and the Busarakam parking lot (Basement). Remarks: Please bring your current ID card.

With The 1 Card, you can earn points at the following Central Retail Corporation: Central Department Store, ZEN Department Store, Robinson Department Store (except Nakorn–Srithammarath and Phuket branches), Power Buy, SuperSports, B2S, HomeWorks, and Office Depot – a total of over 280 locations across Thailand.

TOURIST PRIVILEGE CARD
In order to promote tourism industry in Thailand, Central is pleased to present 5-70% discount to foreign tourists when they make purchases at every Central Store (conditions applied). Simply show passport or ID card to the Information/Customer service/Cashier counter officers of any Central Store, Tourist Privilege Card will be granted.

TAX INVOICE SERVICE
Customers can obtain full tax invoices from purchases made at Central Department Store on one day at one branch (except rental shops, B2S, Supersports, Power Buy, TOPS where customers can obtain full tax invoices for such purchases at rental shops). Please contact Customer Service Counter at every Central store. For faster service on your future transactions, please give your telephone number to our Customer Service representatives to be put in the system (at each branch). BAG DEPOSIT
For your convenience in shopping at Central Department Store, we proudly introduce our reliable bag deposit service along with free delivery service to your vehicles. At Central Chidlom, service available at the Gift Exchange Counter, Housewares Department and the front counter at Premiere Lounge.

LOST & FOUND
Customers can report lost or stolen items at the Customer Service Counter at every Central Store. Our Lost & Found Service will work with related units to find and return belongings to their owners. At Central Chidlom, please contact Customer Service Counter 7th fl.

Central provides maps and information on tourist sites and landmark locations in Bangkok for our Thai and international customers.
