Every product featured on this website can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Remark: The following products are not refundable; cosmetics, earrings & watches, pen refills, fabrics, night gowns, innerwear, swimwear, Belly Belt and discounted items.

Central Online Shopping will also not accept return merchandise if such purchased merchandise does not suit with customers' personal tastes and styles.

Customers can return the product(s) at
- Thailand Post office branches close to your residence or TNT Express Worldwide (click here for branches information) with the purchase order enclosed with the intact product to the address below (customers have to pay for the delivery fee)

Remarks:
- Postal return: Enclosed invoice/receipt with return merchandise item(s) (unopened package) and send to our postal address. Merchandise item(s) will be inspected and checked by our staffs for perfect conditions. Our consultants will contact back within 5 business days for return confirmation and your account will be credited within 7 business days from the confirmation date
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the return transit time, plus an additional 7 business days upon receipt for the return to be completed and the refund to be issued to your account
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
- In-store return: In-store returns are available at Customer Service Department, Central Chidlom. Please take merchandise item(s) (unopened package) and invoice/receipt with you as proof of purchase. After confirmation for perfect condition merchandise by our staffs, your account will be credited within 7 business days.
- Money return policy: If customers paid for merchandise item(s) by transferring money to one of our bank accounts, Central Online Shopping will transfer money back via customers' bank account. In case there is transfer fee, the transfer fee will be deducted from the amount of money which Central Online Shopping will transfer to you., Central Online Shopping will transfer money back via customers' bank account. If customers paid for merchandise item(s) by credit card, customers' credit card will be credited back. Central Online Shopping will return money by cash to in-store return customers only when customers paid for merchandise item(s) by money transfer

- The following proofs of purchase are required for returns:
    1. TNT address label in a plastic envelop enclosed on the parcel
    2. Sales slip / tax invoice from Central Online Shopping
    3. Money transfer slip / Credit card payment confirmation e-mail
