- Central Online Shopping delivery will be sent once your transaction is confirmed.
- Customers will receive a purchase confirmation email from Central Online Shopping.
- Delivery will be performed according to order number. Items purchased under the same order number may be shipped separately according to the type of merchandise.
- Purchased merchandise will be delivered to the postal address that has been confirmed in the postal information section. The address cannot be changed once the delivery has been confirmed.
- 2-day delivery service is not available in Yala, Pattani, Narathivas provinces, and any islands of Thailand.
- If the delivery takes longer than expected (from force majeure), our staff will inform you via telephone.
- Jewelry cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. These items must be delivered to a street address.
- The delivery times stated here are estimated times and are dependent on the delivery company. Estimated delivery time is in business days; weekends and holidays do not count. The delivery may be delayed during holiday seasons.
