Participation Guidelines
Eligible customers may participate in the Mystery Box campaign by following the steps below:
- Spend a minimum of THB 1,000* per receipt at Central Chidlom.
- Present the receipt to a staff member for QR code scanning to verify eligibility.
- Collect the participation coupon through the Central mobile application.
- Access the “Mystery Box” feature within the application to receive a complimentary gift.
Terms and Conditions
- Each individual is entitled to a single (1) participation throughout the entire campaign period.
- A daily cap of eighty (80) participations applies, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The campaign runs from May 1, 2025, to May 31, 2025, inclusive.
- All gifts are randomly assigned via the Mystery Box system and are not subject to selection or alteration.
- Gifts are non-exchangeable and may not be converted into cash or other alternatives under any circumstances.
- Central Department Store reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any aspect of this campaign, including these terms and conditions, without prior notice.
