How to Collect & Use Codes
Based on what we’ve seen, many users are curious about how “promo codes” work on our app. The two most frequently asked questions are: “How to collect codes” & “How to use them”.
How to Collect Codes
On Website
- It’s super simple! Just scroll down to the coupon section and click to copy the code you want.
On App
- On the app’s homepage, scroll to the coupon section and tap “View All.”
- For online shopping – tap the online coupon tab and hit “Collect.”
- For in-store shopping – go to the in-store coupons and tap “Collect.”
How to Use Codes
Once you’ve collected your code, here’s how to use it:
On Website
- Click on your shopping bag to proceed with checkout.
- Paste the coupon code you’ve collected.
- Click “Apply.”
- The system will tell you if the code works or not.
On App
- Click on your shopping bag to proceed with checkout.
- Paste the code you copied.
- Tap “Apply.”
- The app will show whether the code is valid or not.
Double-check if the item is eligible for codes
Even though our codes give you better prices, some items aren’t eligible. Before copying a code, we recommend clicking the T&C (Terms & Conditions) to check if your desired brand participates in the promotion.
If there’s a brand-specific code, use it instead of a generic one!
Generic codes (usually found on the homepage) may not work on all items, but some brands offer their own exclusive codes. Look out for the gray ribbon on the product image — that’s your clue!
Can I use both a generic and brand-specific code together?
No, Central Online only allows one coupon per order. Coupon stacking is not supported. Choose the one that gives you the best value!
Can I apply a code to discounted items?
Yes! Discounted items can still have an extra coupon applied — but not always. Be sure to check the coupon’s conditions first.
