“Change your mind”This means that the customer wishes to return the product for reasons other than the following: product defects, broken or damaged items, expired products, incomplete products lost during shipping, product not matching the website description, received the wrong item, or incorrect size. The product must be in its original condition, not washed or used, with all product tags and packaging intact. Additional return policy conditions can be checked as follows

- Earrings are non-returnable
- Custom-made jewelry and accessories are non-returnable
- Swimsuits can be tried on, but you must wear underwear and panties while trying them on. The protective sticker must not be removed. If the protective sticker is missing, the product cannot be returned. If the product is in its original condition, unused, and unwashed, with product tags and complete packaging, it is eligible for return
- Bras can be returned as long as the product is in its original condition, unused, and unwashed, with product tags and complete packaging. However, underwear or bras sold with matching panties are non-returnable
- Fashion clothing items can be tried on. However, returned products must be in their original condition (without any alteration), unused, unwashed, with product tags and complete packaging intact
- For footwear, returned items must be in their original condition, with the soles in good condition, clean, and unused
- Watches, eyewear, and jewelry must be in their original condition (without any alterations). The items must have product tags and complete packaging intact to be eligible for return
- Health and Beauty
- Cosmetics, skincare products, and personal hygiene products can be returned if they are in their original condition (the packaging plastic and stickers have not been opened), unused, with product tags and complete packaging intact
- Maternity and baby products
- Breast pump accessories, nursing pads, baby bottles, breast milk storage bags, nipples, and pacifiers, as well as baby cleaning products, can be returned if they are in their original condition, unused, with product tags and complete packaging intact
- Pet products
- Pet food and products, toys, aquatic animal products, and pet cleaning products can be returned if they are in their original condition, unused, with product tags and complete packaging intact
