Steps to Report a Fake Page

 

In case you suffer damages from other channels impersonating Central Online.

 

  1. Bring the documents or evidence of the damages to file a police report.
  2. Contact the Call Center at 1425, press 2, Monday to Sunday from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM
  3. Attach the documents via email : contact@central.co.th Monday to Sunday from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM as follows
  • Police report document

  • Evidence of the money transfer or the damages incurred

  • Information of the complainant or the victim

  • The page name and the URL of that page

Note: After receiving the complaint information, your case will be forwarded to the legal department for further action.

 

 

In case no damages are found from the impersonation of Central Online.

 

  1. Report the details of that page
  2. Contact the Call Center at 1425, press 2, Monday to Sunday from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM

2. | Central Department Store, with 2.7M followers.

3. | The page must have the Verified Badge, which is a blue circle with a checkmark symbol.

 

4. | When clicking the link from the page to the product purchase page, the URL must be Central.co.th only.

 

5. | Website or Central application.
