Tax invoice (new request/follow up/edit/credit note)
Conditions for requesting a new tax invoice:
1. I didn't select the option when placing the order.
2. Issue only for stores that can provide a tax invoice
3. In cases where customers did not request a tax invoice or requested it but did not receive it, customers can request a retroactive tax invoice only within the same year of purchase
In case of a lost tax invoice, the customer must file a police report before requesting a replacement tax invoice
The tax invoice can be tracked through the following three channels:
1. Contact 1424, press 2
2. Contact Live Chat Support
3. Contact via E-mail: contact@central.co.th
After the tax invoice tracking request has been submitted, you will be contacted within 48 hours
The process for requesting a credit note is as follows:
In cases where the items received are incomplete as per the order or the order has been canceled, you can contact 1425, press 2, to coordinate the request for a credit note.
