1.TSA LOCK
Samsonite trolley luggage has no keys in the bag. The brand uses a standard TSA LOCK system (lock with password for security) which does not provide a key to the user. However, the key will only be given to the baggage inspector in the airport. How to set a lock code

    4.1.Procedure for issuing an electronic tax invoice1.1 Customers must complete the electronic tax invoice (E-tax invoice & e-receipt) request form via the link provided on the website after placing an order and within the purchasing date.
      4.1.1 Please ensure all information is completed and accurate as no changes can be made after submission.
      4.4.2 The company reserves the right to issue the electronic tax invoice (E-tax invoice & e-receipt) retroactively.
    4.2 The electronic tax invoice (E-tax invoice & e-receipt) will be delivered in PDF format to your email within 30 business days after the company receives the tax invoice request. The date specified on the tax invoice will correspond to the purchasing date.
