How to Cancel My Order


Customers can request to cancel their orders through the following channels:
 

  1. Central Online Contact Center

  2. Submit a Cancellation Form

    • You can submit your request by filling out this form.
    • Our customer service team will contact you within 1 day.

We can only process cancellation requests if the order status is still in the "Processing" stage. If the status changes to "Ready to Ship" or "Shipped," we cannot cancel your order. However, when the courier contacts you, you may refuse to accept the parcel.
