How to return

You can return products purchased from Central Online through 2 channels as follows:

 

Return at a Store Branch
You can return the product along with the receipt containing the order number at the Click & Collect service point at your preferred branch.
You can check the location of the service points by scanning the QR code below.

Pickup Return Service

  1. Contact Customer Service through one of the following three channels (Operating hours: Monday – Sunday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM):

  2. Customer Service will inform you of the pickup date along with the return preparation guidelines.

  3. You will receive an SMS with the tracking number before the scheduled pickup date.

  4. On the pickup day, provide the details from the SMS and hand over the product to the staff.
