You can return products purchased from Central Online through 2 channels as follows:

Customer Service will inform you of the pickup date along with the return preparation guidelines.
You will receive an SMS with the tracking number before the scheduled pickup date.
On the pickup day, provide the details from the SMS and hand over the product to the staff.
