- Products will be delivered from Monday to Friday. Order after 5 PM. will be processed next day.Certain items may require time to be produced/assembled (Pre-order), therefore delaying the delivery period.
- Some large or heavy products may have additional costs in the product details.
- Special areas (Narathiwat, Yala, Pattani) Island and Remote areas need 2-5 more working days to deliver.

- Minimum points required for purchasing products are 200 points. Please check your points before redeeming at (https://www.the1.co.th/).
- By redeeming your points to purchase products, your points will be deducted every time you make an order (the number of orders per day is not limited).
- You will not earn any points for your The 1 account from any purchase made with point redemption.
- The price differences from point redemption need to be paid online by credit card and restricted from joining any credit card promotions.
