- When unpacking the mattress from the vacuum wrap, the mattress should be left unfolded for 3-5 days for the mattress to be restored.
- The mattress may have a unique smell, it should be airy for 3-5 days, the smell will fade by itself within 2-3 weeks.
- Do not wrap or bend the mattress that has been used for more than 3 months as this will prevent the mattress from returning.
- Do not use heated equipment such as electric blankets. Hot water bags, irons over mattresses, as this will cause the mattress to deteriorate.
- Receive the goods and recommend to unfold them immediately so that the mattress is restored.
Care instructions
- Do not wash the mattress, clean the spots.
- The cover should be washed at a temperature not exceeding 60 degrees Celsius and should not be spun dry.
- Bleach should not be used.
- If the mattress is wet, quickly mop it with a cloth and dry it in the air.
- Do not take a mattress in the sun.
note:
1. At the production stage, bubbles are formed in the raw material meat. Does not affect the quality of the goods.
2. The color of the items that appear may vary depending on the settings of each screen.
3. If the product has problems caused by the production process, the return can be exchanged within 14 days after receipt.
