Warranty: 2 years ERGONOZ monitor warranty policy Warranty period: ERGONOZ monitors are guaranteed for 24 months (2 years) from the date of purchase. Warranty conditions: ERGONOZ within 30 days after purchase This warranty is only applicable to products purchased from distributors in Thailand. Definition of pixel defect (Pixel Defect) Bright pixel (Bright -Pixel): A pixel that is always bright on a black background Dark pixel (Dark -Pixel): Note: LCD displays consist of a group of pixels, each pixel has 3 sub-pixels: red, green and blue. Acceptance criteria for (Pixel Defect) 200 lux 35 centimeters Criteria for the number of defects that can be claimed Bright Pixel Dark Pixel Bright Pixel -2 or more Dark Pixel -4 or more -2 adjacent points Total (Total) - Total of 6 or more points (Bright + Dark) - 2 adjacent points Claim process Bring the monitor screen, receipt and warranty card to the service center. The service center will check according to the warranty conditions and proceed within 7 days.
