Correcting information on a tax invoice
1. If the name and address on the tax invoice are incorrect, customers can request a correction within 90 days from the order date.
2. Taxpayer Identification Number (TA) cannot be changed under any circumstances (regardless of the number of digits, whether for individuals or juristic persons).
3. The type of invoice issuer cannot be changed, such as from an individual to a juristic person or from a juristic person to an individual.
