- Have not been used or maintained in accordance with the Care Instructions such as improper cleaning, improper storing, modifying the product, melting caused by overheating, molds or rust.
- Used and stored outdoors, or stored in wet areas.
- Misused such as using stainless steel utensil with coated cookware.
- Accidental damage, damage caused by abuse or negligence, or a change in shape.
- Normal wear and tear or color change such as discolorations. (stainless steel can become blue or golden brown.)
- Made of wood, from glass, and from plastic.
- Products with a discount of 60% or more for ZWILLING, Staub, Ballarini, Miyabi
