How to use
1. Open the case cover, take out both headphones, then pull off the film covering the charging connector (if any) and put it back in.
2. Plug the charging cable in the box into the charging box. Leave it charged for about 2-3 hours.
3. It is recommended to fully charge the battery before use.
Turning the headphones on and off
1.Take out both sides of the headphones from the case (automatically turn on).
2. When the headphones are off, tap the listening panel for about 1.5 seconds.
3. Put both headphones back into the case. The light on the box will flash white. The headphones will turn off and charge the battery automatically.
4. To turn off the headphones manually, tap the listening panel for about 10 seconds.
Pairing and connection
1. Take out both headphones from the charging box. Wait a moment, both headphones will be automatically ready to connect.
2. Then enter Bluetooth on your mobile phone, select “SOUNDPEATS Clear Dot” and connect immediately.
3. After connection, a status will appear after the Bluetooth name: “Connected” or “Connected”
***In the next connection The headphones will connect automatically***
How to reset the headphones
1. Delete the name of the headphones from the Bluetooth list in your mobile phone (Unpair).
2. Put both headphones in the charging box. Keep the headphones in a charging state. (Flashes white light 1 time)
3. Touch the earphone function panel for about 10-15 seconds, the charging box status light will flash red and white and then turn off, considered resetting complete.
Precautions
▪? You should use a charger with Input 5V/1A or no more than 10W. When not in use for a long time, charge at least 1 time every 3 months.
▪? Some programs or APPs may have problems with Bluetooth headphones, causing strange sounds or signals.
▪? Discord is not recommended for use with headphones. Because you may experience spasms.
▪? Skype is not recommended for use with headphones.
▪? For some Android models and some programs, it may not be possible to use all functions of the headphones, such as JOOX Youtube.
▪? Some APPs cannot use the headphone function, such as Facebook Messenger Call, Line, cannot answer/hang up calls, must press the mobile phone. These problems are problems with the APP, not the headphones.
