WARRANTY

Our warranty service consists of a free replacement of faulty parts where faults arise with the pressure cooker within the warranty period. The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase.

EXCLUSIONS FROM THE WARRANTY

The warranty does not cover damage due to the following causes

• inappropriate or improper use (e.g. in the oven),

• improperly performed repairs,

• failure to observe the instructions for use.

Claiming under warranty

For any warranty claim, proof of purchase receipt is required. The warranty is effective from the date of purchase.
