The warranty period is 2 years from the original date of purchase and applies to the original or comparable product only. The replacement or repaired product will be provided within 45 days.
The warranty does not cover the below
- Have not been used or maintained in accordance with the Care Instructions such as improper cleaning, improper storing, modifying the product, melting caused by overheating, molds or rust
- Used and stored outdoors, or stored in wet areas
- Misused such as using stainless steel utensil with coated cookware
- Accidental damage, damage caused by abuse or negligence, or a change in shape
- Normal wear and tear or color change such as discolorations (stainless steel can become blue or golden brown)
- Made of wood, from glass, and from plastic
- Products with a discount of 60% or more for ZWILLING, Staub, Ballarini, Miyabi
