This 20cm round cocotte with a volume of 2.2l is perfect for 2 people or larger side dish portions. It can be used for slow cooking, stews or meat and vegetable dishes. Thanks to its special lid design with self-moistening system, all the condensation water is collected and evenly distributed back onto the food. Meat and fish stay juicy this way, vegetables become particularly tender and all the aromas are retained in the flavourful sauce.
