- overheating, fire
- scratches
- discolorations (stainless steel can become blue or golden brown),
- wooden product
- dents
- from use other than the intended purpose of the item.
- if the product is used or stored outdoors. Or in wet areas.
- consequential damages and incidental damages
- The use of unapproved utensils such as use metal utensils on coated pan.
- Please allow 4-6 weeks for the inspection process and return delivery of your item.
